EatFreshAZ is a quarterly magazine and website about food grown and produced in Arizona.  We will feature farms, ranches, dairies, farmer’s markets, restaurants, and food producers whose focus is Arizona and its food.  In short, if it’s about food in Arizona, we will publish it.

Of particular interest to EatFreshAZ is connecting local, fresh food and its producers with consumers.  Those consumers range from the average Arizonan looking for the freshest food they can find, to full-blown “localvores” (or “locavores”) who eat almost exclusively within a certain radius of where they live (usually 100 miles).

It has been stated that “local is the new organic” by a number of pundits, and after attending some “local food” events, we know you’ll agree that the movement is huge to “Eat Fresh AZ!”
